This article is dedicated to my cousin, I pray for his quick recovery. Actually I have been to hospital and have witness many treatment but I couldn't consider nocturnal urine a case study and also its malfunction that could be detrimental to the body and health, here comes my cousin he has been experiencing some symptoms but his silly mistake lead him to his present state of serious abnormal health condition.
This geared me to make a research and found out the result of an analysis that heart problem, cerebral infraction and Nocturia are related. Nocturia is often a common symptom of middle-aged and elderly people (Night time urination or waking up at night to urinate).
Elderly people are often afraid to drink water at night before going to bed, because of nocturnal urine (night urine), Not knowing that drinking water before going to bed and getting up in the middle of the night to urinate without drinking water are very crucial to the body but if avoid there is another health issue attached.
Below spear heading some important causes of infarction in elderly and middle aged people.
The true cause of nocturia is the aging failure of the heart function and the incapability of the right heart atrium to absorb blood from the lower body in the elderly person not a problem of bladder dysfunction.
We are all in standing position during the day which make the blood to flow down. If the heart is faulty heart's blood volume is insufficient and the pressure on the lower body will increase, therefore , elderly and middle-aged person will have lower body edema during the day.
When they lie down at night, the pressure on the lower body will be relieved and a lot of water accumulate in the tissues The water returns to the blood. If there is too much water, the kidneys will work hard to separate out the water and drain it to the bladder, causing nocturia. Therefore, it usually takes about three or four hours after lying down to sleep to get up and go to the toilet for the first time. After that, the water in the blood continues to increase. So after another 3 hours, they will have to go to the toilet again.
Why is this an important cause of cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction?
This is because the water in the blood is greatly reduced after two or three urination and will causes the body also to continue loses water through breathing. As the quantity of water decreases the blood will then begins to become thick and sticky and the heart rate slows down due to low amount of water that will increase formation and breaking down process of the body (metabolism) during sleep, therefore, stenosis ( narrowing passage of bodily substance) of the blood vessels is easily blocked when the blood is thick and blood flow is slow. This is therefore the reason why middle-aged and elderly people almost always have myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction at 5 or 6 in the morning. While at sleep, this situation will lead to death, everyone has to know that nocturia is a problem of aging heart not a malfunction of the bladder furthermore another thing which everyone need to know is that we must drink some warm water before going to bed and at the same time after we wake up in the middle of the night to pee ,we must drink some warm water.
It is very important to note that , we shouldn't be afraid of nocturia, because drinking of water help alot and if you because of nocturnal urine and stop drinking water it is at the detriment of your health ( may take your life). ones can also be engaged in doing exercise more in normal time to strengthen the function of the heart. "Body of a human isn't a machine". Apparently, machine wear out wear out when used frequently but to human reverse is the case ( it ill become stronger when used frequently). Avoid eating unhealthy food, especially those food that are rich in starch and also fried food.
Note:
-myocardial infarction is also known as heart attack
- cerebral infarction is also known as stroke
- heart atrium can be referred to as entry hall (upper chamber of the heart)
- bladder dysfunction is also a disease relating to urination for e.g constipation , regular urination etc.
@bmjc98 this is just highlight of the disease, his condition will be discussed in my next article, thanks always.
