Snacks This afternoon, my mom made a snack made of purple sweet potato which has been shaped into an oval like this. This sweet potato can be shaped like this because there is starch and a little sugar in it. So after frying it tastes delicious and makes me want to eat this until it runs out. If mom only boils this sweet potato, I don't really like it and won't touch it. So mom made this for me. Because I don't like boiled sweet potato.
