160 pieces of polvoron sold ♥️ September 3, 2022 10:04 PM Hello guys. Good evening. I hope we had a great day today. This article is supposedly published last night but because of being exhausted I decided to go to sleep and skip writing yesterday. As you can see on the title we sold 160 pieces of polvoron and we are really glad about it. My husband was the one who asked for his workmate to order. I also posted on Facebook and for the support my friends ordered some and they also repeat orders. As my friends ordered to me I remember a saying that if you wanna know your true friend build a business and see if they will support you. I really appreciated that they supported me. Its a big thing to me because I am not friendly person and I value friendship a lot. So yesterday my husband bought some ingredients. From half kilo of cake flour from the first two batch , now we bought 1 kilo of cake flour , 600 grams of powdered milk , half kilo of sugar and 400 grams of compound butter. We have 9 orders but we only made 8 orders out of the ingredients that we bought. We also bought some cream-O , Milo , peanut and coffee for the flavoring.

This is the total amount of polvoron after mixing the ingredients. I started to cook at 5:30 PM and started to wrap the polvoron at 6:30 PM. Since we need to wrapped 160 pieces , I know that it's takes a couple of hours to make it especially we need to mix different flavors.

This is our cookies and cream flavored polvoron. To be honest the taste of cookies is not really over powering because of powdered milk but in other flavors like peanut and coffee the flavors are really standing out especially the peanut it's really good. We finished to wrap and assemble all the polvoron at 9:30 PM. My husband was the one who's in charge in wrapping and I am in charge in mixing flavors and molding.

6 tubs were already given on the customers and the remaining two tubs are here because we will deliver it on Monday. We have some pending orders like 5 orders and we will make again tomorrow. Earlier I made a logo for our little business because after polvoron I am planning to try different sweet delicacies to sell. This logo is not finished yet as a the Jehovah's witnesses visit me for bible study. I decided to make the logo with colored blue because my son is a boy and I used his name Kyrie.
