Forest Engineering
**KNOW MORE ABOUT ABE** *Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering* is a course where different scales are involved, including **forest engineering** which is the **application of engineering principles and practices to facilitate the sustainable management of forests.** Forest engineering commonly includes responsibility for securing forest raw materials for processing into products or services at an economically feasible cost while protecting environmental and social values, a hybrid discipline: part forestry, part engineering. It arises from the need for engineering expertise in the special context of forestry, where an in-depth understanding of forest management and natural-resource environmental issues is critically important. Forest engineers study current conditions and develop plans to restore and protect existing natural resources and the environment. They work with government officials and private timber companies to oversee harvesting operations, survey prospective timber operation sites and develop adequate, environmentally-sound transportation routes to and from the forests. With a degree in forest engineering, you'll have a variety of potential job titles, such as forest technician, land-use planner, forest health specialist or silviculture surveyor, as well as professor, biologist or researcher. You may work in woodlands, manufacturing, sales, research or education. You'll generally need at least a bachelor's degree, and some positions may require a graduate degree. Other necessary skills include an aptitude for math and science, problem solving talents and a desire to protect the forest environment and as an undergraduate student, you'd typically take the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam in your final semester, which is usually the first step toward your Professional Engineer (PE) license. A license is required for professional engineers who offer their services directly to the public. Hello everyone! Sorry to keel you waiting! So heres my next article, **Forest Engineering is one of the specializations of Agricultural and biosystems Engineering.** Hope you learn something from this. Comment your thought about this article😊 Good evening❤

Yes, forests should be saved and it's now need of time. I think bringing more youth through this type of titles will help in some way !! Really good written but I think there'll be very few students will passionately take that exam. I don't know why I said that but I think it's true, most students want jobs in corporate world.
I agree with you, students want works that they think are easy. Field works are really hard especially during first year. Hahaha thats why I can sort of understand them
And that being said, that's more to the reason why we have to promote agricultural courses and change their perspective towards farming. 'Coz farming is now modernize with the help of machines and engineering structures.
Yes 💯% agree. By bringing modern tech to the small scale farmers will help them cultivate more crops and will also help them to grow financially. Btw I read your article about agriculture @ladyhanabi it was really good
Yes. Especially here in the Philippines, we are an agricultural country, we have all the resources but we lack support for the agricultural sector. Sad truth, even Filipinos look down to this field of work. That's why we are really trying to reach their hearts see agriculture the way we see it.
That's really great approach @ladyhanbi here in India we also face the same issues regarding due to lack of modern education and financial basics hundreds of farmers are committed & are committing suicides. That's really painful, I think we've the responsibility help the world feeders !!
Ohh that's really sad. Farmers may have had gotten tired of raising their voices to be heard by humanity. I just hope that one day, we'll all come to see the value of every field of work, whether it is blue or white collar job.
Definitely @ladyhanbi Salute to you thoughts 🖖
Anything to promote Agriculture. ❤🌻
@Yayaya13 will definitely get frustrated by our notifications 🤣🤣
Hahaha but yeah thanks for the talk. ❤
It's really nice to talk to you @ladyhanbi you're welcome & Thanks
Hahahahha. Not really😊 Im happy that youre discussing something related to my article❤
