how to reach out to a site is a scam or not?!

well those days, when I see a new site about cryptocurrency;

1. I'll check the domain of the site at https://www.whois.com/.

well, This is my first rule.

2. The site domain is not registered in Panama!

Not registering a domain in Panama does not make that site secure and reliable, but I do not trust 100% of the site that is registered in Panama!

3. I will check the domain in

https://www.scamquery.com/

https://foxyrating.com/en/

https://www.beermoneyforum.com/

https://www.scamdoc.com/

They have good information about the website we are researching. and you can see the other comments about the site you are looking for.
