Good and bad. Naughty and nice. Happiness and sadness. Success and failure. Achievements and mistakes. Needs and wants. The world was obviously divided into different options. It can be yes or no, sure or maybe, bitter and sweet. When we become figurative, it becomes oximoron. When we talk about morality, it can be the ethical and unethical acts. But today, we are talking about the philosopical mindset of the human differences, more specifically, the duality of man. In order to succeed achieve certain amount of time, you should ask yourself, does yourself know more about itself?
Duality are human defaults attitude to any living and non-living organism we encountered everyday. As we all know, the most significant choices of man was two, yes and no. How is it possible that the world was divided into two options. For instance, an exam can be modified by yes or no. Other options can be neutral to the two options given, specifically, the "Maybe". When we say "Maybe", we are dealing with half true and half false which is basically a neutral of the two. Another example, sad and happy are also considered as two different option.
As we observed the two recent options, it is obviously stated that sad is a negative while happy was a positive. We can't say that the opposite of happy was anger because it considers another opposite side which is the calm. The duality of man to its society comes from the culture it has and it had.
Not because something is negative, it doesn't mean that the opposite of it was positive. You should consider different factors of the things and put it into a situation to validate if it is real that negative thing matches the positive one. Back to our example, it doesn't mean that sad was a negative, its positive was calm. Remember that being anger is a adjective that describing someone with a full rage of negative emotion. On the other hand, calm was an adjective representing someone whose at ease.
Although they can fit to each other, we should remember that sad wasn't the opposite of being calm. If we put of cultural context, it seems that commonly sad was the opposite of happy.
The duality of man comes from but, yet, although, and or. Rather it is important to know that the duality we have will consider on things we experienced and belief
