Enthusiasm, excitement and frustration

Enthusiasm and excitement are two things we don't have, but they are much less. And the opposite of these two things is frustration. What exactly is this frustration? The excitement, the excitement, before starting a task, turns into frustration after a few days.

Enthusiasm is the cover of a book, like the surface of a book. There is frustration all over our minds and to get rid of this frustration we need to get rid of negative thoughts all the time.
