Clown A smile painted on my face Happiness manipulated in haste My disguise to gals and guys To stop asking me how and why They dont see me pout and cry I did it in purpose that's why Because patrons pay me To laugh And hide when I cry.

The island A lonesome island Floating underneath The scorching sun Pretending of having fun Despite acquaintance he has no one From dusk til Dawn He wont falter and groan Standing his ground That he dont want To be found Loving himself so much Like Adonis of the past.
Better Days Look back and leave your tracks Dont be surprise soon It will be covered in grass Some things are just Not the same as it was Even the clouds above Cant recognize its the same Rainbow it had Just dont be bitterly mad Not everything will turn out bad Someone might offer something good That he had Just take a deep breath Until the day we meet.
My Goodbye Underneath a shady old oak tree Dig a grave for a poor man like me Leave no flowers if you dare to visit me Tell no one you found my resting place So no one disturb my peace And one more thing If you please Write nothing on my epitaph Forgotten forever I am perhaps.
Autumn Of the four seasons I hate the most is autumn Watching from my dark room Lacking my favorite green colors Left me with sadness and horrors My plea is for the earth To stop turning And skip autumn again and again To forget my feeling Of slowly dying From this dreaded adversary Which I choose not to speak of its name Until my flesh is dry, brown and ready to be bury.
Wishing well Another coin tossed below Down this watered hole I know. I raised my eyebrow To everybody And to one among many Hoping their wish Maybe heard by somebody Without them knowing Their hopes fell On deaf ears only But their minds dreaming Playing tricks on them wishing Again sleep walking Into the wishing well Their grim fate waiting Their lives hanging.
MyPledge I may not be the type Of guy you dream and like I dont have the perfect face I cant even win a race I dont owned a castle I can't even catch a beetle But I have my loyalty That even death is shy To question me.
The Proud Tree Once there was this tree A big and mighty tree You all will agree My town was swept down But the storm can't take him down Invincible he was I thought Coz no matter what happens This tree still is standing He laugh and scoff And mock everyone in his block He spit on the ground No regards to the soil around But dismayed the earth is Shake its head with ease And just like that The mighty tree fell flat.
My space Moping in a corner Waiting till it's over Knocking not using the doorbell Must be the coroner You entered the wrong corner I am not a widower Just pretending to be a hustler Beaming in pride and anger So dont pick me up With my feet straight up I'd rather stay on my corner Than to party and have chicken dinner.
Break Gasping for air Feeling in despair Grieving for those leaving Giving until empty and nothing Dropping my guard against the wind I dont care who lose or win Plague inside my brain Driving me insane Grinding till the end Losing my power needed to bend Creeping in madness Drowning in sadness Turn my light off please And give me that peace.
Struggling I dream about walking straight But wayward when I'm awake Dream of seeing heaven But hell I'm still in Dream of loyalty and believing Woke up a traitor and betraying Dream about living Wake up dead and rotting.
While While you are ranting Here I am counting While you are judging Here I am winning While you are stalking me Here I am in security While you are mumbling Here I am speaking While you are peeking Here I am writing While you are time wasting Here I am earning.
Destiny I have seen fools look above Looking for their future On the stars they love I have even seen fools bet on cards Hoping good things out of silly things Even asking his fellow mortal man On what tomorrow will bring on the land Destiny is written by those Who believe in practicality Not on fancy things That only despair it brings.
Mr. Crab Have you seen Mr. Crab Inside a crowded bag Trying to stay on top Stepping on other crab to go up Still for him its not enough So he pulls down anyone Ahead of him to the top Curious crabs inside the bag Gave Mr. Crab a dose of his own brag Pulling him down Stepping on his crown Leaving him alone on his own.
Explorers Its a wonder for me Why men spent so much energy Looking for another being In the vast space above you and me When billions of humans hungry to be notice everyday Even our ocean no man can say They conquered its depth on any day So why not start beneath Before dreaming of exploring The universe and everything in it.
Thankful You made it today You were able to wake up And enjoy this day Do things you deemed necessary Enjoy little or big things That you have today Smile back and laugh At things funny enough Run errands and rest on the sand But mind you We are not sure of tomorrow Life of ours only we borrow So be thankful you still Reading this poem But be mindful and dont be a fool Live today as if this is your last day.
Breathe I missed the times When I can breath with ease The morning breeze Smell the aroma Of coffee while sitting on a sofa Missed the times When I smell your perfume All around the room I just took of my face mask And now in a hospital I was rushed I just want to be free for a moment But instead that moment of Freedom Forever I will lament For it has brought me Affliction Inside this ventilator I am hanging on.
The future Do you believe days will be better ahead Though circumstances at times Get in our head It would not hurt to believe That our lives will prosper given a leader With great and just power But where can we find A Leader of that kind When hunan race is tainted With imperfection and sin on their head Seems impossible For us imperfect people But for the maker Of this universe up and under On his command Everything will bow and surrender Because his power Is unquestionable in any manner.
Everlasting Imagine yourself smiling Sadness forgotten Happiness everlasting Imagine never ending Family bonding Strife and quarrel An alien thing Imagine freedom Without prejudice or restraint A dream or reality Your answer will become Your own reality.
Now or Never How many times we've heard Men shook their heads And uttered words Seldom we hear from them Kept locked in their closet of pride Away from loved ones still around But when death snatch the ones we love Only then we are prepared To uttered hidden words for the departed Only the sad truth remains The dead can't hear them.
Equal Search I have as to who is Better and pleasing and blessed Are those who live in the west Whose wealth is abundant and great Or maybe those residing in the east With rich poetry and culture they are best How about those who live in the north and south Who managed to preserve their home pristine and sane But wait hear me please No one is greater For the place they live in They did not create a single thing.
Patience Billions of years passed Stars hanging above Rant they don't have Trees rooted into their places Never sigh and says Oh if I can only walk away from from this place Waves slams on the seashore Never heard them say Stop I dont want this slamming no more Planet earth revolve around the sun Never mentioned about leaving its path to look for another sun The Almighty one patiently looking down On earthling man acting like clowns Mad if their audience hide their clapping hands behind.
Monster I ran and hid To escape this greed If solace refuse to be my fortress I will plea abyss to let me In their midst For even death denies its gate Laughing at my suffering An end it refuses to bring I also ask heaven to spare me a wing But instead sent me a whirlwind To bring me back to that day When Im still sane.
Book I owned a book A witty book No one must mistook It does not teach you How to cook But sure I am It will teach you How straight you can walk It ain't a book of magic or hack Rather a book of wonders and facts Start reading If you want a life Never ending.
Light A day sans light Is like a one sided fight Without your mighty bright My eyes will not see white Even beauty will not exist For darkness will feast on it Your faces I will fail to recognize Only faint voices Iwill hear on a gloomy day sans light Maybe I'll just wait for the gallant knight To rescue me for he can defy the day sans light.
Broken arrow Tried to hide From the tide Tried to cover From this monster Tried to seek shelter away from this great blunder But the tide is too high to hide The monster is so strong That my shield did not last long My shelter faltered I was overwhelmed with blunder I would love to fight another minute But my feet won't permit it.
Bedtime Story I wish a kid I am today Who knows not what stress means to me And only happy thoughts are my friends Stored on my mind All I need is to run To my ever patient mom Walk her to my room And have her read bedtime stories all night long Wishing morning won't come soon.
Chasing the wind Woke up early just to be late Everyday this routine I hate Spent my whole life searching for a better life And what do I get Not so much I guess Few bills and pennies To cover my mortgage And insurance to pay For my death Life stinks don't you get If this is all there is Then chasing the wind Is all men are doing.
The rainbow Spectrum of colors The best I've seen outdoors After a sad rain This spectacle refreshes my brain But to my surprise Few if any notice Why this rainbow exist I dare you today lad What answer do you have I won't listen to your theory Just tell me a true story.
Reality Rainbows are real Jacks pot is not Dentist exist Tooth fairy Does not Wish upon a star is crap Work hard to rise above Fairy tales are made To make believe History was written by real men A real legacy for you they leave
