Tunnel

Dreaming of driving

In a tunnel I am approaching

I hit the break screeching

Makes me kinda thinking

Will this tunnel swallow

My pessimism so shallow

Or do I have to follow

My instinct not to burrow

In a tunnel blurry and hollow

Let me first fly an arrow

And see if it hits

The sleepy willow

Standing in the middle

Of the tunnel so narrow

Now its time for a furlough

Not to enter this tunnel

With sorrow.
