A day sans light

Is like a one sided fight

Without your mighty bright

My eyes will not see white

Even beauty will not exist

For darkness will feast on it

Your faces I will fail to recognize

Only faint voices Iwill hear

on a gloomy day sans light

Maybe I'll just wait for the gallant knight

To rescue me for he can defy

the day sans light.
