Increasingly curious about cryptocurrencies, I finally learned and asked my friends what crypto currency was, who was already familiar with the crypto world.
After I learned, I finally recognized and had bitcoin cash for the first time in my E-wallet. I got bitcoin cash from my results playing noise.cash. Then what is bitcoin cash?
Bitcoin Cash itself is a crypto asset that appeared in the blockchain hard fork event in 2017. The hard fork itself in the crypto asset world is a change in the protocol of the original currency. So when the development team forked, a unique new blockchain emerged which later became bitcoin cash.
Like other crypto assets, bitcoin cash is also traded in general and also has interesting dynamics for novice investors. That's because BCH is a newer coin when compared to Bitcoin, so the room for growth is still wide open.
Why is there bitcoin cash?
At first bitcoin was expected to be a digital asset used for daily transactions. It's just that over time bitcoin users choose to use it for investment assets rather than transactions.
Many users also log into the blockchain to mine bitcoins. Unfortunately the blockchain system is not able to accommodate and accommodate the swift transactions in it. This is due to the limitation of recording bitcoin transactions which is only 1 mb/block.
As a result of many transactions on the bitcoin blockchain queuing and waiting for confirmation, this causes the liquidity in the blockchain system to stagnate as well.
The development team chose to increase the block size of existing transactions onto the new blockchain. Then they introduced a new coin so that it could be used on the latest blockchain called bitcoin unlimited.
However bitcoin unlimited suffered a hack and failed to get full appreciation from the public. This makes the public doubt whether the coin is really capable of being a capable transaction tool.
Finally, after being debated by the crypto currency community, the developer launched bitcoin cash in August 2017.
