Rarely can any of us resist the perfection of princess donuts. I often make them, my children adore them, and I will write a recipe according to which they always turn out to be like a pastry chef.

The dough requires:

150 g of flour
50 g butter
4 eggs
so
150 ml of water

The filling requires:

1 liter of milk
5 egg yolks
10 tablespoons sugar
5 full tablespoons flour
1 vanilla sugar

Put water, butter and salt in the sherpa. When it boils, add flour and mix until it starts to separate from the sherpa. Leave to cool, then whisk with a mixer. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly to even the mixture. Fill a syringe with the dough and form donuts on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper). Leave enough space between the donuts, required. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C. Do not open the oven until the end.

Put 800 ml of milk, sugar and vanilla to boil. Whisk the egg yolks and pour in 200 ml of milk. Add flour and mix well so that there are no lumps. When the milk has boiled, add the mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.

Cut the cooled donuts in half and fill with the cooled filling. Sprinkle the powder with sugar
