Photos were taken today, after Typhoon Ulysses hit Bicol Region. It was a strong typhoon but not as strong as Typhoon Rolly which reached Signal #5 here in our region.
Strong winds and heavy rains.
Typhoon Ulysses was around 121 km/h - 170 km/h and with a gustiness of 135km/h. After Bicol Region, Ulysses then charged into NCR and brought heavy rains and strong winds which then lead to storm surge and flooding.
Typhoon Ulysses did not bring too much damage, well, in our area. But it has been a disaster to nearby barangays and Provinces which had more damage than Rolly left. 🥺
I pray that this all will end. That Ulysses would be the last --at least for this year.
We were on our way to buy some supplies like candles, mostly are canned goods since there is no electricity and we cannot keep fresh food long enough right now, some cleaning materials as well.
