Extraction

Only human beings can extract (decipher) the unwritten or unspoken rules imbedded in the natural world. They are able to verbalize them, write them down, impose upon themselves, and communicate to or for everyone to follow. Rules are meant and enacted to be followed. They have discovered realized that rules are the most effective tools in order to unify their actions, settle their conflicts, improve their situations, avoid disasters and harmoniously live with other living and non-living things.
