LOOK! IRIDESCENT CLOUDS OVER METRO MANILA 🌈☁
Astonishingly vivid iridescent clouds also known as "rainbow clouds" were captured by yours truly as seen from our window in Brgy. Sauyo, Quezon City
Iridescent clouds are usually formed when sunlight diffracts off tiny water droplets present in the atmosphere. Usually occurs above or attached to the top of the cumulonimbus cloud with the cloud accessory pileus.

Captured using Canon Powershot SX170 IS zoom lens (owned by my sister) and enhanced using Google Snapseed.
My photos got aired on Philippine TV because this was part of a weekly episode in Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho, hosted by multi-awarded journalist Jessica Soho.
