Overcoming Problems

Overcoming a problem is easier if you perceive it as a challenge.
An effective strategy for coping with hard circumstances can be a change of perspective on the situation. This is called cognitive reassessment.
As an example, an illness or injury that requires a long recovery can be seen as the end of the world, or it can be seen as an ordeal.
Realizing what a difficult situation can teach you not only helps you to survive the stress more easily, but also to cope better with negativity in the future. The main thing is that it really should be a conscious practice, not an empty optimism.
