Walking is the best way of exercise, it was so simple, free, available no need to complicate things in so many ways.No need to count numbers or to use any materials to make it. It was so affordable, whether rich or poor, for kids, young and adults. Walking is the basic workout for humans.
Being a mother I was trying too hard to find time to do my exercise daily because in the early morning I wake up, I'll cook for breakfast, then after that to fix the carpets wash dishes, and wash clothes. I'm done when it's already noontime. But I discovered the easiest way to get fit it's "walking". Don't underestimate this because it was so beneficial in our physical health and mental health.
When I was in high school, we rise at 3 am, then take a bath, and eat breakfast. During those days early 2000, we have to walk going to school in a very very long walk, that's why we need to wake up early. Since our parents those times have a very low income, we need to sacrifice ourself through walking we don't have money to pay for the fare. But by God's grace, we survive those times walking rain or shine. But one thing I noticed I did not get easily tired even if we walk a long way for 2 years. That's why for me, walking is very good for our health to become fit.
Most people didn't do this, having a car, different kinds of big bikes and other transportation thereof. But I remember my father told me, during ancient times based on history, the people will travel a long way just through walking. They spend day and night walking. But they're doing better and have healthy bones.
It was enjoyable especially when you were with your family or partner to walk with the rays of the sun in the morning.

Why? Because did you notice when you're outside and you smell the fresh air and feel it in your skin. It was a good feeling relaxed, calm, and peaceful. Try to walk outside, a place where you can see and appreciate nature. It was so good. It helps to decrease our stress, tension, sadness. Walking shows to be helpful than antidepressants.

There are so many products that we can buy today in the drugstore, online to prevent aging to make us stay beautiful like what they say"forever young".But do we stay young forever? I hope so. All we can do is to delay the process of aging. But it is to stay healthy and fit. It produces a more positive mentality or more than that. Simply just getting on outside of nature. It also brings in our happiness. It's an act of being free and relaxed when you walk. And even helps us to resist mental diseases. When you are in an unpleasant surrounding with unpleasant people you can just go for a walk and try to comfort yourself.
