Too much is harmful

Too much is bad, right? Whether it is food, drinks, gadgets, stress, and even love?haha I just remember the song, "Too much love will kill you."Maybe not killing physically but killing ourselves for having too much stress of thinking, which makes us unable to do our daily routine.

I'm just being alarmed by the news on TV last night,that a lot of people have suffered stress today especially with the place that are under on ECQ.When people can't get out of their house, no job, and the struggle to feed the family each day.Seriously, it can affect our whole being.

But salute to all the people here who are victorious against stress, those who fight to break away the chain of stress daily.The most past time that people always do is doing online exploration, Tiktok, watching videos and many more.A lot of people also succeed with making content online , which have become their source of income.

It is so significant that we should be aware if we are already into this circumstances that we can go against the flow.I have discerned with myself when I felt this, I felt heavy from the inside and my mind can't focus with what I'm doing, short-tempered, and my face is often frowning.There are times that k never get over it for a day, and it will take a few days to unload everything.


Lately, I never watch any tv series like love story because I feel tired when the girls fight with one boy. Maybe that's too much for me. My teacher in English before who is a cancer patient told us to watch only tv series at least three times a week, or TTH schedule, or MWF because it's not good for the heart to absorb a lot of distress in any shows that's why I often watch comedy-drama, like of course Korean, which is something fun because it helps my heart to be alive and happy.

According to our Psychology teacher before,(as if I'm having a sharp memory, lol)that our mental capacity can't handle a lot of stressful situations in a day like 300, or 400 I don't remember the exact counts, (correct me if I'm wrong)stress moments, hehe maybe that's too much. In my observation, I can handle at least 20 below, huh, poor me. Yes, I'm easily burnt out and exploded if the stress is too much.

He said, that we should evaluate ourselves if we are having a lot of stress each day, it will cause us stomach pain, hyperacidity, and many more health issues.

  • What does our body want?

As we observe, our mind and body can't handle too much negativity, therefore it should not be filled with too many bad issues or it will blow away.

  • What does our mind want?

Our minds want happy images, beautiful views, positive words, positive attitude towards others. It is what we are designed for, once our mind will see admirable images, it will transmit good message towards our heart, and it will make our face smile. Smile!


Too much stress will result also in high blood pressure, wrinkles, heart disease, broken relationship, therefore it makes us grow old fast,😅 it also affects our daily routine, and courage to do our tasks.


  • My observation

When I'm stress I don't feel good and am unable to write an article, even though I have a topic but I couldn't compose an idea.

  • Enough with Too much

Last night, when I'm watching the news on Tv, they have talked about the stress of many people who are under lockdown, "labanan ang stress para Hindi mabaliw, Sabi Ng anchorman. A lot of people find ways to fight against stress, like doing daily exercise, and others also have dressed beautifully while working from home, we should not allow ourselves to be drowned but as much as possible be calmed.

But Filipinos are so creative, some of us are exposed to the online world, which can also cause pressure. When there are some tendencies that we can compare ourselves with what we see,beautiful images , beautiful house, body, face and may" sana all ",items.

But I guess the most common answers for everyone is to sleep to fight stress.

Every day, I'm making Noise and write an article on read.cash but I have to manage my time to keep myself rested. I just set at least four hours, to do both and the rest of my time is for my family and my household activity.

Everything more than our capacity is not healthy anymore. Our body is weak, it's subject to a lot of different illnesses. And one thing that I've learned, that stress can weaken our immune system and makes us more prone to physical ailments.

Okay, another too much situation I encounter in my neighborhood.

I have seen trouble with some girls outside us because one of their friends have spread gossip about one of the girl nearby. And because there's a saying that", the smoke will always come out."One day, that girl has discovered that she is the topic of some girls in my neighborhood, and she fights with them.

"I will not visit my neighbor more often, like daily".What do you think?

Because if I visit my neighbor daily, I think it's too much and could make her feel bored with me.

If we say, too much it doesn't mean that we will abstain from doing everything, we need to manage the daily activities that will help us prioritize necessary things.

  • What is the difference between stress and boredom?

I have written an article yesterday about boredom, and I have come to think if it was similar to stress.

  • My understanding

Stress is more related to our feelings emotionally, line anxiety, depression, pressure, it means your battling from your heart while,

Boredom is related to a situation, wherein, you are not willing to do something, feeling weary, seems like nothing happened. Or it's just like a lack of energy to move or continue.

I face in the mirror and I see myself that I'm stress, I often having a lot of hair fall everyday, and according to tv commercials, it's because of stress.

As a woman I need to glow up myself and wear something that makes me relax, it doesn't mean that we're are staying at home we will not manage ourselves better, we always be responsible despite everything.

Conclusion

We live in the world where there is always opposite with everything that exist, good and evil, bitter sweet, rich and poor, hot and cold, and we are the battlefield of them all.So it really matters that we keep watch with ourselves, that we should not be defeated by the negative force outside.Managing our stress is a part of self-care.

Trueee! We must never stress ourselves too much because it's not good for our health. And once our health is encompassed, we become depressing and so much negativity will arise. And yes, we have to fill our minds with favorable thoughts that will heighten positivity.

When my emotional stress attacks, I deactivate my fb , log out on Instagram and cry .. I just watch comedy programs, I listen to R&b music and sleep. I don't torture myself .. and as long as I can, I endure it alone or cry with God. Until I become ok.
