My first time,awkward moments As I read @ExpertWritter blog about her first time experiences ,it also come to my mind writing about my first time.But it was different from her because this first time was kind of embarrassing for me. This first time of mine was my experience way back year 2005,when I was in school with my 2 years course.I am a kind of province girl,as I have shared here before,and in our language we called it "ignorante kaayo sa mga makinarya kay lage taga bukid".I'm not familiar with machines because I live in a province where everything was just very raw and simple.My familiarity comes with riding a horse ,carabao ,climbing trees,and anything that is just too simple living. When I was in my college, I am in a University in town , and taking up a vocational course.My teacher was giving us a test ,because as a Computer Secretarial student,part of our job is to answer a call,sending fax, in a fax machine(I don't know if people today still using fax machine),keeping records and many more. "***Answering phone calls"***

This is the first awkward moment of mine,when our teacher told us to answer a call,from the main office of the school.I'm the first one to answer it,and it's my first time to answer a phone call,because I didn't have a cellphone that time,and we don't have phone in the province. My teacher was listening beside me,and my heart beats so fast while holding the telephone.I talk to the lady on the line,and she's inquiring about the coming event in the school which they have to attend.And I was a little scared at the same time I felt nervous too. After the call,my teacher and the lady have talk for awhile,and he said that,my voice seems angry,that I had a big voice ,and I heard it because I was standing beside the phone.My teacher laughed,and stare at me.I was just like a melted candle and go back to my sit.And were on the director's office that time ,and all the personnel in the office have heard on how we talk . "***Withdrawing money on a ATM machine"***

For the first time on that day,my sister in law,asked me to withdraw her money in the city,because she lives with us,and she don't want to travel because she's pregnant.So,she asked me to go,and honestly,I don't know how to do it,because I never been to an ATM machine ever,maybe I was 19,hahaha (obviously I'm a late bloomer and ignorant of all). But with courage,that the only thing that I have,I ride a bus going to the city early in the morning.When I got there,the line on the ATM machine beside the Mall was very long already.So,while I was on the line,I'm still thinking on how to do it,I have in my hand the password and I have no guide,hehe.While waiting,I was just observing the old man who is in the front,who withdraw his money.My eyes was like a CCTV,looking on how did the he do it.I tried to familiarize the steps,my only advantage is that,I know how to read,hehe.And then,on my turn ,I step on the front of the machine,while there's a long line at my back.On my mind I do have a lot of what if's,because I will be embarrassed if ever.So,I enter the password and follow the guide,but then,I'm still confused,it takes for me a few minutes standing there confused.Thankfully,the old man came back because he left something,he saw me that I am not familiar with what I'm doing,and he helped me.The people are staring at me,and I just walk so fast after I got the money. "***Hot and cold dispenser"*** This experience happened when I attend our JS prom night,when I was in high school.First timer going on a city and our venue is in a hotel.I enter a hotel for the first time,and eat and dance.I was a very shy girl when I was in third year.I and my friends too have the same character. When we have finished our food,I want to find some water to drink,because I was thirsty.I look around and try to find something.And then I saw a water dispenser,with a hot and cold version. I didn't noticed the marks in the dispenser so I choose the red button,without knowing that it's a hot water.I drink it,and say "aww",it's hot",huhuhuhu,I want to cry in pain but I was wearing a gown and had a make up on my face,so, I have no choice but to endure it.My friends asked me what's wrong,but I just said "nothing",deny to the bones pa gurl because it's really hurt . So that was the top 3 of my embarrassing first time in my life.I still remember everything so clearly.Even if it's already passed for how many years.These moments might never fades on my mind,but I learned a lot with those experiences . Learning number Ask for help when you need something My fault is that,I didn't asked any instructions of guide on how to do a certain things.Im doing everything on a rush,that's why I ended up embarrassed. Shyness should be put in a right place I was too shy that time,to the point that I just agree whatever they want me to do.Its really wrong to just assume that everything is okay.Always ask for help when your not familiar. Don't condemn yourself when you feel and embarrassed It doesn't matter whether you failed today,everything is just a part of learning process in life.Its the best teacher. It takes time for me to learn everything.When you grow up in a province , it's not an easy transition to the city,where everything was new. Until here na guys,those are my first time,awkward moments.
