The immune system a vital role in our body, it's like a security personal in our body. More than ever we all need today a strong immunity to fight against viruses and diseases like covid 19.

Our body has its capacity and ability to take charge of its own. Just like when you are being bitted by a mosquito and you didn't even notice until you see a red mark on your or face and you feel the itch. That's how our body gives a signal to alarm us, through the reaction from our body. But because of our modern lifestyle and that lowers our immunity.

The immune system is an enormous format of cells, tissues that correspond to your body defenses against the risk to your health. Without it, you'd be exposed to millions of bacteria, viruses, and toxins.

The immune system depends on millions of white blood cells, also known as "leucocytes", it is the main part of the immune system, they help to ensure our body against foreign substances, microbes, and infectious diseases. Which always filtering the blood tissues and organs. The other one is " phagocytes", according to Wikipedia phagocytes, cells that protect the body by ingesting harmful foreign particles, bacteria, and dead or dying cells, literally its character is to eat foreign particles.

Our immune system and health are associated with each other, the tougher immunity the more you become healthy and preserved against diseases. Low protection can make you prone to colds, slow wound healing, anemia, fatigue, and lethargy.

Most familiar habits that are dangerous to our immunity

1.Being a night owl

We all do have this, more exposure to lead lights and watching tv at night, using gadgets more often can reduce our immune system. It decreased the number of cells that fight against germs. It is accompanied by a lack of sleep. People who are lack sleep usually having a difficulty of decrease in lymphocytes than those who have sufficient sleep. Fix up our bedtime preferably 7-8 hours of sleep is much better, it is a quality hour of sleep.

2.Excessive sugar intake

Like soda, candies, chocolates, and other products that include refined sugar. Refined sugar can lessen the capacity of white blood cells to destroy germs, it also prohibits vitamin C from getting into white blood cells. But fruits that contain natural sugar are good for our immune system like, watermelon, mango, Apple, orange, and other fruits that are natural in sweet content can help boost our immunity.

3.Excesive alcohol consumption

Like what they say, "Drink moderately."

A glass of wine can benefit our body, it helps against cardiovascular diseases but taking a lot of alcohol will affect our body to fight against diseases. It will reduce the production of white blood cells.

4.Smoking

Cigarettes have 250 highly toxic substances, like ammonia, arsenic, nicotine, and a lot more. Smoking affects all the systems of the human body.

5.Drinking too much coffee

Coffee has a lot of health benefits when taking it in the right amount, preferably 1-2 glasses of coffee a day. It helps boost our mood and energy, but taking too much to it can be risky in our bodies.

6.Eating junk foods

This kind of food is one of the most habitual foods to eat by children and young teens and young adults. But it has a lot of saturated fats, and high fats can damage your immunity. It increases inflammation, reduced control of infecttion, increases the rates of cancer cells.

7.Inadequate intake of water

75% of the human body is water, that's why we need to drink a lot of water from 8-10 glasses a day. It is very essential in our body, to avoid dehydration. And it cleans our body.

8.Sedentary lifestyle

It refers to a lack of physical movements, no physical activity. We need to engage our body in physiƧal activity, to activate our immune system to fight against chronic diseases.

9.Excessive exercise

Exercise is really good for us, but too much is not good. It is to engage our body in an exercise that exceeds our physical capacity, will make our immune to not function properly.

10.Poor social relation

Maybe you believe it or maybe not, but it has an impact on our body? Why? Because a person who has a good relationship has a healthy mind and it helps to boost our immune system. Talk to your friends or make some physical attachment to someone can also help.

A good immune system can be achieved in a balanced lifestyle, balanced diet, and the right habits to practice in our daily life to be strong.

The immune system is the built-in shield in our body which is to strengthen our resistance, but we are the carrier of it, it depends on how we live, what we eat, and what we do.

These habits are very common and regularly done by others, and what is an important thing to know, that "what you do will turn back to you.

But everyone is responsible in itself for how he used to take charged of his body and having a mindset to take care of his own.

At the end of the day," The human immune system heals, and that's the only thing that heals.
