Gumamela Sharing this beautiful red gumamela or hibiscus flower. It grows abundantly here in our country. I have beautiful memories when I see this flower. I remembered during my school days in science class, we were asked to bring a gumamela flower. We then identified the parts of the flower using the flower we brought. Sometimes we also play "bahay bahayan" and cook with our little clay pots and pans and gather gumamela flowers. We pretended that these flowers were vegetables that we cooked.
