I felt some headache after lunch so I took 1 biogesic. I rested but could not sleep because it's so hot. I ate some graham crackers and drank my lemon water. Snack time na rin pala. Snacks po muna kayo mga kaingay. Hope I can take even a short nap this afternoon to be relieved from my headache. Lord please heal me. Here's a beautiful orchid to brighten our day and remove all negative energy and replace it with positive energy. Good afternoon.
