A chiropractor came here today because it's the schedule of my daughters' treatment. I wanted to try it but the Chiropractor told me that I need some clearance from the doctor that there's a need for adjustment to my body or structure. That's good because he wants to be careful handling senior citizens patients. I was kidding that there's no way he will handle me but he said that he will check me too. He was very considerate of my age. His advise is not to lift heavy objects and do minimal tasks and always be careful.
