05012022 A blessed Sunday my dear friends here at Noise. It's a beautiful sunny day, the first of May. I am having my sunbathing while preparing my rice for cooking. I ran out of red rice so I am using the white rice (ayuda from my daughter's office). It's been here with us for months already because I had to finish first the 1sack of red rice. I noticed some insects crawling so I had to pick them before cooking the rice. I'm hitting two birds with one stone because I am also getting my free Vitamin D this morning. Kumusta na po kayo mga kaingay? I pray that all is well. Magpa Salamat po tayo sa Poong Maykapal sa mga grasya na natatanggap natin sa araw araw. Ang pagising sa umaga ay unang biyaya na natatanggap natin sa araw na ito. Maraming salamat Lord sa early morning blessings. Isasalang ko muna itong aking bigas para makakain na rin ng breakfast.
