Chicharon This morning my kumadre and kumpadre who are owners of Baguio Meat Store delivered to us the meat we ordered. My son-in-law also ordered chicharon from them. He missed eating chicharon so he asked his mom to bring some too. Chicharon is a Filipino dish made by deep frying pork belly or pork rinds. What we have here are fried pork rinds. We usually eat this dipped in vinegar with chili. Chicharon is also good for snacks or as viand during meals. I like adding chicharon to my monggo soup.
