It been continuously raining since this morning. I received this warning message to be careful and be alert. At 11:10 am, the alert was at Orange level. At 12:24pm , it was raised to Red level. According to PAGASA, Red Rainfall Advisory is raised when the rain measurement is "more than 30 mm Rain observed in 1 hour and expected to continue in the next 2 hours". There could be possible serious flooding. There might be areas that needs to be evacuated. These alert messages are very important for the community to respond the proper action needed. Let's stay safe and be watchful.
