It's lunch time! Come let's eat. I have fried pork and fried eggplant. I experimented in frying the pork with flour and bread crumbs hoping that the oil won't splash. We'll it didn't splash so much. Only a little and tolerable. I am so afraid frying pork due to oil splashes. I guess I got it now. I hope it tasted good.
