It was in October 2019 that my batch mates agreed to have a trip to Dumaguete City. We have a classmate who lives there so she arranged all the sites that we were supposed to visit. A total of 8 batch mates joined the trip. One of the sites visited was the Tierra Alta Resort in Valencia, Negros Oriental. We were allowed to go up the lighthouse. At first, I was hesitant to go because I was already tired and I hate climbing stairs. With the prodding of my friends, I accepted the challenge. I am really slow at climbing stairs, that I admit, so I asked everyone to go ahead of me. Only 4 of us went up, while the rest were resting on the grounds. Since I was the last to go up, my friends were cheering at me. I had to climb the spiral stairs to reach the viewing deck. I almost gave up because I felt dizzy going around the stairs. But my friends who are already at the top really encouraged me until I made it. I was so happy to overcome my fear of going up that high tower. Thanks to my dear friends , I was victorious in my climb. This is always related to our life. We can accomplish things with the help of others. We should accept the realities in life. I could not have reached the top without my friends inspiring me and boosting my confidence that I can do it and I Did! Just like here at noisecash, people help each other accomplish their target goals. We can not do it by ourselves. It's like the Bayanihan system here in the Philippines , people helping each other.
