Waffles and pizza...all squares. girls bought a 3 in 1 waffle maker and it arrived yesterday. They were excited to try it. This morning my bunso and her Achi were early at the kitchen and they were making waffles. I noticed that it took longer for the waffles to cook so I ate a bread and made a hot chocolate drink. Since it was their first time to use the waffle maker, they have to test also the dough to be used. They followed a dough recipe from YouTube. After cooking 2 sets of waffles , they changed the dough mixture to a thicker one by adding some more flour. At last , a good looking waffle was made. I left the girls to do their cooking while I got a few clothes to wash. I told them to prepare food for lunch too. When it was time to eat lunch, they surprised me with more squares on the table because they ordered a Grandma style square pan pizza from Mamita's Pizza. It was my first time to try this kind of pizza. It's very good since there are 4 flavors in one pizza: four cheeses , Spanish chorizo, truffle mushrooms, and mozzarella/parmesan/marinara sauce. We enjoyed our Sunday lunch eating and enjoying all the squares. I hope everyone had eaten their lunch too. Have a great day. #Food
