I was scanning my gallery looking for a particular photo and I saw this...blueberry cheesecake from Bo's Cafe. I know we have restrictions on posting food items but I can't help posting this photo because it has a very special part of me. Upon seeing the picture, I was teary eyed because I remembered my late husband. There was a time when he really liked eating this cheesecake that he often ordered from our daughter to buy this at Bo's Cafe Ayala Center. Whenever it is out of stock, he showed his tantrums and would get mad. My daughter would really find a way to acquire the cheesecake requesting all Bo's Cafe branches in Ayala to reserve what is available at their end. I don't know what got into him because his cravings for this cheesecake was not only once but it lasted for months. Whenever we recall these incidents we would just laugh at it now. In fairness, this blueberry cheesecake is really good. Hope Mr Admin will not tag me for posting this memorable cheesecake in my life.
