I am done cooking food for dinner. I made chicken teriyaki. Good I still have chicken thighs in the freezer which I defrosted earlier. Are you preparing your dinner now? I cooked earlier to be able to have a good rest before we eat. Yesterday we had brown out in the afternoon and luckily power was restored before dinner time. If we will have brown out again, I have no more problem because our food is ready. By the way, the rain has stopped here in our area. I am very sad looking at photos of flooding in Leyte and some parts of Iloilo. Praying for the safety of everyone. Good day.
