Hello Sunshine I felt comfortable with my arms after applying cold compress. I washed a few pieces of my dirty clothes to exercise my arms. It felt good already. When I hanged my washed clothes, the sun is shining very brightly so I took some photos. It was so glaring and I had difficulty getting my focus. I'm happy that the sun is finally out.
