My friend @alicia1954 was asking me earlier if I have dessert. Yes I do Ms. Alicia. . It's "Pichi Pichi" from Don Benito's. I love their cheesy Pichi Pichi. I searched the net and found out that Pichi Pichi is made of grated cassava , sugar and water. Mixing them well and then place in a container to be steamed. I haven't tried cooking Pichi Pichi. We seldom find fresh cassava here so we just buy the cooked Pichi Pichi. It's yummy.
