Shabu Shabu This is my first time experience to eat at a solely Shabu Shabu restaurant. According to Google, Shabu Shabu is a "hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces". We were served with a big pot of broth inside. The waiter turned on the burner to heat up the broth in the pot. The vegetables, meat and other ingredients were brought in. Once the broth boiled we dipped in the vegetables and other ingredients to be cooked. My daughter got some sauces to add flavor to our soup and meat. I had a very fun time on my first Shabu Shabu journey. It was very tasty, delicious and nutritious. I was so full and thank God for this experience. Thank you also to my daughter and my son- in -law for bringing me to this place. Below are some photos I took. Good evening.
