Moringa Are you familiar with moringa tree or commonly known as malunggay? Others call it horseradish tree, drumstick tree, ben oil tree or miracle tree. This is my malunggay tree and it's full of flowers. It easily grows here in our country by planting it's cutting or seeds. It has a lot of uses ...from its leaves, flowers , pods or seeds. We usually use the leaves in cooking malunggay soup or adding it to breads like pan de sal. I also add dried malunggay leaves whenever I cook egg omelette. Sometimes I crushed the dried leaves and add it to my fried rice or other foods to make it more nutritious. Nowadays, there are many who sell malunggay leaves in powder or in capsules as dietary supplements . My own content and own photos.
