Cranberries I gathered some berries this morning from my lone backyard tree. I picked about 10 cups full, washed it and now I am searching what to do with these. Do you have any suggestions? Cranberry juice? Cranberry jam? This is my first time to try processing these fruits. The tree bears a lot of fruits so I thought of making something out of it. I've learned that cranberries are rich in Vitamin C which is good for our immune system. They are also rich in antioxidants and have anti inflammatory properties. Cranberries are also known to have antibacterial properties believed to reduce UTIs. I'll start searching what to do with a bountiful cranberry harvest. Good morning my friends.

wow! ai didn't know po na we can grow cranberries locally I really thought they came abroad. Ang sarap naman you have your own po Is it a big tree tita or like a bush lang? ang cute nila tignan akala mo grapes. Sarap naman. opo rich in antioxidants pa yang cranberries they are really very nutritious. If you have a lot of fruits you can make both a cranberry juice and a cranberry jam so you can bake po and put in in your pies or pastries.
