Happy "Choose" Day I was awake since 4:20am today. I am very grateful to our Lord for this early morning blessings. As per my usual routine since bunso started her work, I cooked rice for her baon. We had extra tortang giniling last night so she brought it for her breakfast. I was about to go back to sleep when I heard doggie Tenshi continuously barking. When I went out, my Compadre was delivering our meat order. I thought my son-in-law delayed its delivery because last Sunday when they visited my Compadre and Comadre for dinner, they brought a lot of stuff to be frozen at home. Then I also bought some chicken and pork yesterday thinking of cooking them today. I had to find some ways to fit the meat and frozen stuff in our small freezer. I marinated some chicken and porkchop and placed them in the refrigerator. I still have the beef to process. Good we ordered only 1 kilo beef. Maybe I will freeze half kilo and make the other half into beef tapa . While I was draining the meat before freezing, I also placed the laundry inside the washing machine. This way I can finish two tasks at a time. I felt so very hungry so I made my fried rice with beef tapa, chicken and hotdog. I also cooked fried egg and placed on top of my fried rice. Kain po tayo mga kaingay. It's a "Choose" Day! I choose to be happy. I choose to be productive. I choose to love and be loved. I choose to be understanding. I choose to be kind.
