Early this morning, a fish vendor passed by the house and timely that I was at the gate. I found some good fish they call "mamsa" and bought a pack. I had the fish head made tinola with malunggay. Then fried some for lunch. It's healthy to eat fish and vegetables . Lunch is now ready. Saan na kaya mga kasama ko sa bahay ? Kain na po tayo ! Good noon po mga kaingay!

wow! a very healthy lunch po. I miss eating this Mamsa fish because I rarely see this here in our City. Panigurado buchug much po mga kasama nyo😉😉
