I was busy this morning because I went out to the market. I bought some needs at home. On my way home I found a new store selling boneless bangus. I have already seen their ads at FB and their outlet is very near the house. When I saw that they are already opened, I inquired and then ordered 1 crispy bangus original flavor which has only garlic toppings. I noticed that they have orders online because there's some motorcycles and men coming to pick up their orders. I was asked to wait for 15 minutes while they prepared my order. I was willing to wait because I wanted to taste their food. They gave me a chair to sit on. After about 5 minutes of waiting , the person in charge told me that I can get the previous order so I need not wait. I was thankful and paid them the amount of P270 for my 1 order of crispy boneless bangus. I was excited to reach home because I don't need to cook. Only two of us are eating lunch at home. I placed the box on the table and continued with my tasks. I gathered some dirty towels and soaked them in soap. Then, my compadre arrived bringing 3 gallons of drinking water. Thanks Pare for our water. He also gave a pack of Chuckie chocolate drink , a fave drink of my son-in-law! Then I got inside the house and kept the Chuckie in an area to be seen by my son-in-law. I saw the box of bangus so I decided to take a photo to be shown to my daughters. When I opened the box, I was confused why I had only half of bangus with rice and it has some sauce over it. Now I knew that there was a mistake. I changed my clothes , put on my mask and went out to go to the nearby store. I showed them what I got when I ordered 1 original crispy bangus. The man attending to me now is different because the other guy went out. He told me that they will prepare a new bangus because they gave me a wrong item. I waited again because they had to cook a new one. When the guy who originally gave my order arrived, he was told what happened and he was very sorry and accepted that it was his mistake. I told them , next time, you should check the items before closing the box or let the customer see what's in the box to avoid similar mistakes in the future. He told me that I can take the wrong order in addition to my original order. I told him that he might pay for it, but he said not to worry. Maybe he is the owner, that's what I thought. I just thanked him and brought home 2 boxes of Crispy Bangus, 1 whole original flavor and half of spicy pares flavor with rice. During lunch, I ate only the original flavor while my son-in-law ate half of the spicy pares flavor. He liked it and left the other half for my daughter. Well, the fried bangus tasted good and it was boneless indeed! Here is the crispy bangus we had for lunch.
