Tapsilog I still have half of the marinated homemade beef tapa so I fried it for lunch. When my children learned that I was cooking beef tapa, they requested to have TAPSILOG, that is tapa, sinangag at itlog. So I got the old rice inside the ref and made it into a garlic fried rice. I also added some newly cooked rice to make it enough for us. There's still more newly cooked steam rice for heavy rice eaters. I felt so full that I am now sleepy. Good afternoon.
