Lunch today My daughter cooked our lunch today. I defrosted some chicken thighs. She deboned them, sliced and added some spices and dipped in some coating powder she prepared by herself before frying. I did not watch her cooking because I went out in the front yard to get some fresh air. I only saw the finished product. This is what we had for our lunch.
