Missed its emergence. I checked on the pupa at about 2:30pm and noticed that I was already late because the butterfly had already emerged and flew. The pupa is now transparent and there is a little tear near the head part. ( Please see the photo below. ) I'm sad that I missed this momentous event. I just missed its emergence! Anyway, I noticed a new butterfly flitting around the flowers. I wish it will enjoy life flying around.
