Happy Friday my dear Noisers. Today, I had a chance to visit the Basilica del Sto Niño de Cebu. Every Friday, we have a devotion to our Child Jesus Sr. Sto. Niño. There are masses and novena prayers at the Basilica. After hearing the mass and novena, I went to the parish office to have a healing mass offered to some friends who are sick. Today, we celebrated the birthday of my batchmate in college. It was a big surprise for her that we will be present to be celebrating with her family. Her eldest daughter communicated with my other classmate to check if we are available today at lunch time. We agreed to join the family. Good day my friends. I'm home alone since it's working day. I was amazed looking at these pets sleeping comfortably in their own areas. Red loved to sleep on his box while Ginger is sleeping outside on the bamboo bed. They are so cute! Alma Mater Visiting my Alma Mater after many years brought back happy memories. In preparation for the 75th Anniversary of my beloved USJR, I went back to my school to Register and get my Alumni ID. Some of my batchmates also requested me to register them so that they can join the Grand Alumni Homecoming on October 8,2022. It's a beautiful sunny Sunday today. Thank you Lord for this blessed day. I woke up early and cooked my home made pancakes. I ran out of evaporated milk and fresh milk so I used my powdered milk. I'm glad it turned out okay too. I also cooked the last pack of bacon inside our freezer. Everything was ready at 7:30 am but I only cooked my fried egg just before we ate. Blue tea As I was taking my sun bathing today, I noticed that my blue ternate flowers are in abundance. I picked a few pieces and made some blue tea. Has anyone tried the blue tea? It's easy to make fresh blue ternate tea. I use about 7 pieces of freshly picked flowers, washed it well and added hot water. I allowed it to infuse for a few minutes and this photo is the result.
