In addition, laughter is a sign that someone's heart is very happy. Laughter can be the most powerful medicine to change the mood to be happier. Laughter itself can be said as a form of therapy when humans are experiencing turmoil or anxiety. Therefore, a human being can usually laugh when he meets his friends and after that the heart becomes happier. In a study that has been done, it turns out that when humans laugh, the body will directly produce endorphins so that it can cause feelings of happiness. In addition, laughter is also able to increase the immune system more effectively up to 87%. In today's restless world, smiling and laughing is an effort for someone to survive and enjoy this life. Smiling and laughing makes the mind respond more positively to the situation at hand. Therefore, smile, laugh, and be happy when you start the day, after you wake up in the morning. These three activities have been trusted by many people to increase happiness in life.

2. Exercise regularly Furthermore

one of the tips or ways to live a happy life is to exercise regularly. Sometimes too much thought and even work can cause a person to experience stress, symptoms of depression, anxiety, or the cool language now is overthinking. Physical activity such as exercise is one of the tips for those of you who are feeling tired and unhappy. Regular exercise is very influential in reducing the burden of stress, symptoms of depression, anxiety, to excessive thoughts. In addition, regular exercise can also be used to increase feelings of happiness as well as self-confidence or self-esteem or commonly called self-esteem. So that you can feel the benefits that exercise provides such as living a happy life, you don't need to do strenuous exercise. You just need to do light exercise. Some steps you can take to increase your sleep satisfaction are to make sure the room is clean and tidy, choose a quiet room, and it is advisable to just turn off the lights because it can improve sleep quality and eye health. I have this female friend I know since my primary school days or as you guys will say it junior high, I have never for once seen her get angry or anything to make her annoyed in any way, she had this character of laughing all the time and growing with her I also thought she never had any problem or worries because of that smilly face of hers, that is how hard it will be make people think when you are always happy
