Even though it's difficult, being lazy to socialize is a trait that must be avoided

Socializing is the most visible characteristic of a human being. Since childhood we must have been taught that humans cannot live alone, so we are called social creatures. Not only that, along with the times, collaboration in various ways is increasingly in demand.

Human nature is different, some are quiet, active, fussy, and so on. However, there is a trait that humans should not have, namely being lazy to socialize. Because, these characteristics will certainly bring a lot of bad impacts on our lives in the surrounding environment.

Someone who is lazy to socialize will find it difficult to get relationships when building a business or distributing his work. Socializing is also a way for us to always learn from other people's experiences, absorb all knowledge from other people's heads. If we are lazy to socialize, as a result we will not get it all.

Lazy socializing will also make it difficult for us to get a job. Today, we cannot be self-reliant or individualistic. Today is the era of collaboration, in working or building a business, someone often invites friends to collaborate in order to create better innovations.

If we have works, we automatically need viewers as appreciators for what we have created. A musician needs listeners, writers need readers, photographers need people who see, chefs need people who taste, and so on. By socializing, at least with friends in our environment, what we create will definitely get appreciation and evaluation so that we can make better works.

The lazy nature of socializing is usually owned by people who are not confident and quiet. In fact, they have extraordinary talent. Many of us are people who are able to make good work but are less visible because of the lack of interpersonal communication. This makes it difficult for talented people to introduce themselves and build personal branding. Moreover, so that his work can be used and seen by a wide audience.

To be able to eliminate the lazy nature of socializing, we need a friend who is willing to listen. However, we should not be selfish, our friends deserve to be heard. With only one friend, we can have interpersonal communication and give birth to many interesting ideas.

Once we have a friend, of course we have to add more. We can start by joining the community. If we have talent in painting, we need to join the painter community. That way, we are forced to communicate and be confident in our work.

Community is the right place for us to learn and develop talent. At the same time, get attention and appreciation for the work we make. However, don't be social, because it's something that must be done. So, we can make friends in the community as partners in our work.

Then, one day there will be community members who invite business, follow and face it. Confidence even though we do not understand the field. By socializing, we will learn by ourselves and begin to understand what our friends have to offer.

Therefore, we need to get rid of the lazy nature of socializing from ourselves so that we can get new things. Don't let us be engrossed in our own world, even though out there there is a lot of potential and opportunity to make life better. Dare to communicate and express opinions, so that later we can learn and add insight.
