Last night I brightened up my evening with one of my favorite beers. Again, this is a local beer from the excellent Dogma brewery. This time, in accordance with the meat meal, I chose their perfect stout - Black Cow (Serbian: Crna Krava). This almost classic stout brew has a strong note of coffee and chocolate, but it is refined and slightly softened by the aroma of milk flavor.
