Serbia is full of wineries. The hilly terrain and warm climate favor the cultivation of vines. The tradition of making wine is long, don't forget that Serbia is one of the cradles of the Roman Empire

Goč is a mountain in the central part of Serbia. It belongs to the lower mountains since its top is barely above 1100 meters above sea level. However, that is why it is very rich in forests #photography #naturephotography #outdoor #travel #nature #photo #serbia #srbija

Lisbon story #2: Sardines 😃 The best canned sardines in the world? I was very skeptical about this. Sardines have always been a poor man's food for me. In my house, it meant that the end of the month was approaching and we had no money for anything else. In Portugal, sardines are a specialty. Just look at those colors... and the flavors... absolute recommendation! #photography #travelphotography #lisbon #travel #portugal #photo

Lisbon story #1: Padrão dos Descobrimentos - Photo Of The Day #814 One of the most beautiful sights on the banks of the Tagus River is certainly the Monument to the Discoveries or in Portuguese The monument was conceived in 1939, but was destroyed in an explosion in 1943. Finally, from 1958 to 1960, a new monument was built that celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery (or "Age of Exploration") during the 15th and 16th centuries. #photography #travel #nature #photo #lisbon #portugal #travelfeed

Alborbello, small town in southern Italy is famous for its unique trullo buildings. The walls of a trullo can be up to 2m thick with the space between the inner and outer walls filled ensuring that the interior is cool during the hot summers and warm in winter.  There are many myths surrounding the reason for the cone shaped roofs on "trulli". One of them is that it was a form of property tax evasion. Since there is no mortar, by pulling on a rope the owner could pull the building down when the tax collector was imminent and reassemble it once he had left! #photography #travel #landscapes #italy #alborbello

Polignano a Mare would be translated into English as Polignano at Sea. And that would be the absolute truth. The whole city is located on a beautiful marble cliff that rises twenty meters above the waters of the Adriatic Sea. Beautiful, beautiful place! #photography #travel #summer #landscape #italy

Italy is one of my favorite countries. I think that if I had to choose one country to stay in forever, Italy would definitely be in the top three for that choice. This summer I visited the south of Italy and the beautiful province of Puglia for the first time. Somewhere on the border of the Adriatic and Ionian seas, this picturesque village of Polignano a Mare is tucked away. Certainly one of the most picturesque beaches I have ever seen, although as you can see the crowd was huge. #photography #travel #italy #sea #summer

It's time to slowly finish the series of posts about the beautiful mountain Bobija in Western Serbia. Autumn on this mountain was wonderful, I enjoyed the landscapes and views of this beautiful mountain. #photography #travel #landscape #mountain #serbia

@Vule

One of the most interesting facts about Bobija Mountain in Western Serbia are the names of some of the peaks; there is the Rock of Light ( or it is the Arch Rock - I'm not sure since those two words are actually the same in grammar kind used for naming the place), then there is the Burnt Rock, and my favorite - the Sharp Rock. There under the Sharp Rock is an old abandoned mine with a small reminder of how much damage man can do to nature. I know the color of the water is magical, but contact with that water will bring you nightmares and very painful moments. That's why it's best to admire her from far away. #photography #travel #nature #landscape #serbia

@Vule

Well... that's nice 😀

For some mountaineers, only the numbers matter. Altitude of the summit, mileage of the trail, meters of ascent. As much as better. I have a friend like that. A few years ago, he changed that custom of just counting meters. He recently admitted to me that some of the trips with me had a key impact on changing his priorities. And Mount Bobija was one of the places I took him :) #photography #travel #nature #serbia #landscape

@Vule

About 25 kilometers from Ljubovija rises the impressive mountain Bobija with the highest peak Tornička Bobija 1272 meters above sea level. Due to the dynamism of the relief, flora and fauna, the terrains are perfect for hiking and mountain biking. In the ridge of this mountain in a length of 15 km there are as many as 12 peaks above 1000 meters above sea level. #photography #travel #nature #serbia #landscape

@Vule

The autumn forests of the Bobija Mountains are a beautiful sight. This 1272 meter high mountain in Western Serbia offers plenty of locations for hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking. #photography #travel #nature #serbia #landscape

@Vule

Bobija is adorned with conifer and beech forests, pastures and glades. Thanks to its diverse relief, you can enjoy sightseeing, both the mountain itself and the surrounding mountains, thanks to the viewpoints it has. Bobija has remained a natural attraction, completely untouched, with fresh and clean air and is the right place for a vacation if you want peace. #photography #travel #nature #landscapes #serbia

Bobija is a mountain in western Serbia. The highest peak of Bobija is called Tornička Bobija and reaches an altitude of 1272 meters. Bobija is adorned with conifer and beech forests, pastures and glades. Thanks to its varied terrain, it is suitable for hiking, speleology, paragliding, driving jeeps, hiking, horseback riding, and of course, what is most important to me - mountain biking. #photography #travel #nature #landscape #serbia

Bobija is a mountain in Western Serbia, known for its raspberry production and rich water sources. Beech and conifer forests predominate on the mountain, while the lower areas are interspersed with pastures and orchards. It is beautiful in autumn #photography #travel #serbia #nature #landscape

One of the oldest and most beautiful vineyards in Serbia is located on the slopes of Vršački breg. Thanks to the vineyards and the tradition of growing vines, since 1804 the vine has been part of the coat of arms of Vršac. In these vineyards, there are more than a dozen varieties of grapes, of which Italian Riesling covers 50% of the area. But the pride of the Vršac vineyards is the Kreac variety (Banat Riesling), which originates from the Vršac area and is recognized throughout the world. In autumn, the yellowed vineyards under the fog-covered slopes of Vršački breg tell a new and yet long-told story. #photography #travel #serbia #banat #vineyard #vine #vines

Panorama of Vršac taken from Vršac hill. The northern slope of the hill is steep, while the southern slope gradually descends into the hillside, where the Vršac vineyards are located. The Vršac mountains belong, together with the Fruška mountain, to the island mountains, because they were once an island in the Pannonian Sea. #photography #travel #serbia #vojvodina #banat

It happens that I am not present. I wander off, spend some time in nature, away from people and technology. In the last couple of weeks I have been to 5-6 new places. Mountains, lakes, rivers... all wonderful and beautiful places. And all of them are somehow far away from the people. Today I am showing you a photo that was taken on a small mountain in the middle of the Banat plain: Vršački breg. The mountain is so small that it got the name Vršac hill. It rises only 590 meters above sea level. What it lacks in height, it makes up for in fairly inaccessible terrain for mountain cycling. It was quite challenging and I'm not ashamed to admit that I just walked through some difficult sections :) But more than anything else, it was a beautiful day full of fresh air and beautiful scenes. #photography #cycling #travel #nature #photo #serbia #srbija #mountain #vojvodina #banat

The Church of Saint Sava in Belgrade is the largest Serbian Orthodox church and is the largest Orthodox church in the world in use. It is the most recognizable building and landmark in Belgrade because of its dominant dome, reminiscent of that of Hagia Sophia (on the basis of which it was built). PS. This is also part of clean-up project: There is a folder in my photo catalog called 'No Plan'. These are photographs taken during walks, without any preparation or idea. A lot of such photos are made with completely amateur equipment. Over the years, this is how I learned to correctly recognize the scene, focus, choose the right aperture... in a word, a lot of these photos are learning. It's time to clean up my Lightroom backlog because it's become overloaded and congested. Such photos will be permanently deleted. Blockchain remains the only place where records will remain. #photography #travel #serbia #belgrade

Dubrovnik is a city in Croatia on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. This city is a major tourist attraction and became mega-popular during the filming of the series Games of Throne, which was partly filmed there. Its most monumental fortress is called Minceta. It is located in the northern part of the old city and was part of its land defense. #photography #travel #croatia #dubrovnik

Val d'Isere is a beautiful town in the French Alps, tucked into a picturesque valley of river Isere. Located at an altitude of 1850 meters it is a great destination for both - summer and winter. A small town full of flowers that offers some of the most beautiful views at the surrounding mountain peaks. The area where Val d'Isere is located has the densest concentration of ski resorts in the world. Tignes, Les Arcs, La Plagne, Les Trois Vallées and many others are located in a relatively small area besides Val d'Isere. And, one of the toughest stages of the Tour de France race has been roaring through Val d'Isere since 1938. Cyclists pass through this picturesque Alpine town as they descend from the highest paved pass in the Alps - the legendary Col d'Iseran at 2,770 meters above sea level. #photography #travel #throwback #nature #france

I don't know where the hatred towards social networks comes from. I hear complaints about privacy most often, but realistically - cities are full of facial recognition cameras, speech recognition technology has been around for a long time, we all carry location-enabled phones so - if someone really wants to know what you're doing - trust me, they already know better than you. And one of the nice things about almost every social network is that it reminds you of what happened on this day in previous years. So today Facebook reminded me that seven years ago I spent an unforgettable cycling vacation in Val d'Isere, France. Beautiful trails, challenging weather, excellent company and ten unforgettable days filled with pure adrenaline, enjoyment and socializing. Priceless :) #photography #travel #nature #france

Invitation for new version of noise.app (and last photo of Rovni Lake) There's new version of Noise.App The only way to join this new network is by having invitation from current user. Here is my invitation link to join: https://noise.app/invite/hoc8g0rk The invitation is limited to 25 people Create account, follow users and interact. Enjoy the app and get familiar!! #noisecash --- Now about Rovni Lake It is very easy to climb the nearby lookout point. It is possible to reach the lookout point by country roads, just one kilometer away. However, I went up from the level of the dam, using one of narrow forest path. The ascent is about 4.5 kilometers long and it is necessary to make an ascent of about 250 meters. I won't describe the viewpoint itself, the photo says it all. #photography #travel #nature #serbia #srbija

Lake Rovni was created by the construction of a dam a few years ago. The surface of the lake is 10.4 square kilometers, and the maximum measured depth of the lake is 67 meters. It is intended for the water supply of several nearby towns. It is very easy to climb the nearby lookout point. It is possible to reach the lookout point by country roads, just one kilometer away.
