Miscellaneous Thoughts, Observations, Haiku Why can people make these amazing systems of transport, commerce, and communications — abso-fucking-lutely mind-numbing for their complex efficiency — and yet still not grasp that governance by violence against the non-violent is inefficient, anti-progress, and destructive? *** If you ever start to think almost all people are spineless and/or hopelessly subservient and/or small-minded and/or crushingly dim, it may just be because you live in a small town. Go to the big city, and then you'll know it for sure. *** Everything is infinitely more varied than you think it is. And yet it's not — it's black and white. This is the wonderfully fucked up nature of the universe. *** Art is the one thing that redeems us all. *** Man, sometimes you gotta get drunk to come to your sober senses. *** Even if I were wrong about everything, and ended up catching the virus™️ and killing the whole world as the *sole* infection vector, my actions still would be the sensible course given the circumstances: unreliable stats, propaganda, and massive blind obedience/censorship. *** Look at all these stupid fucks in masks. Leaves me feeling anti-social. Or actually, that's them. I'm not the one that is afraid and hiding and staying quiet. I feel like going lots of places. I feel like having fun. But then I remember all these bullshit policies. I do ignore them. But sometimes, I just can't be bothered. Why try to go where I am not wanted?
