I can't take it anymore. I honestly can't. Why do we praise this insane idea? The idea that 51% of a group can be in the moral right to choose how the other 49% must live?

You do understand that mob rule is not a virtue, right?

So how in hell can you miss this?

I am surrounded with some of the most "intelligent" people on this planet. And I am constantly amazed at how dumb and unaware the most educated and professionally experienced people, can be.

No. Democracy is not a virtue. Me voting that you must spend X amount of money on a project I support, OR ELSE, is not benevolent, compassionate, or fair.

Your money and time and body is to be spent on what YOU want. Just because I get the whole neighborhood to agree that you should be robbed to pay for a library or bombs in Yemen — that obviously doesn't make it right.

SO WHY DO THESE ABSOLUTE FOOLS PRAISE DEMOCRACY?

I am starting to think maybe I am retarded for suggesting that all valid human interactions involve consent.

Do you disagree?

Are you a statist loser?

The earth may agree with you, but you are still wrong.

Self-defense? YES. Violation of non-violent individuals because of a difference of opinion?

You're lost.

And hopelessly evil.

Too many have been brainwashed
by public schools
to believe that
majority rule is a 'good thing'.
"Might makes right" has been rewrit as: Majority votes can criminalize anything for everyone else.
Hitler and his staff understood this.

Carlo Cipolla sentenced in the decade of the 70s that stupidity is abundant and you underestimate it around you. Also, stupid behavior is highly detrimental to others.

So I'm not surprised by the dumbocracy. What surprises me is that it is dismissed, making the majority worthy dumbocitizens.
