Most people, instead of a quality breakfast, consume sweets, coffee and cigarettes, brandy or some other harmful food that temporarily stimulates a person to wake up, but leaves consequences on the body. Every morning if coffee is consumed it changes the work of the heart and increases blood pressure, and cigarettes stimulate the formation of blood clots, which lead to heart attack or stroke. Another problem created by these substances is addiction if you do not consume them daily, they lead to headaches every morning and can make you sick. It’s the effect of a bad breakfast, yet if we add an alcoholic beverage to it we round out the story.
But if you try to remove bad habits from your life and start having a good breakfast, your life will change for the better. You will have a better view of the world and the more positive you will think, the better decisions you will make because your body will work better. But you must also pay attention to the spiritual food that you read for breakfast so that your spirit is healthy, if your spirit is healthy it will be easier for you to get rid of bad habits. For man consists of body and spirit.
The spiritual food that is consumed for breakfast is mostly newspapers (black chronicle, what happened yesterday, sports ...) in which there are good things, but also a lot of bad things that are easily stumbled upon. One should read for breakfast something that will contribute to a person’s life. Read cooking books so you can prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast. Books on the topic of "My own master", books on how to do something, to try some useful things yourself, if you make a mistake you will learn and maybe from another attempt you will succeed. If you have some small land to make your garden why not try to produce your own food, you don't need a lot of land for that.
